控制方案:
在项目进行试运行之后,因为新疆疫情不断有确诊案例,根据国家政策,在新疆运出的农产品需要更严格的检疫,所以在整个供应链的调整维护阶段需要多需要了一天,以严格把控供应链的安全稳定。也正是因为疫情的反复,项目验收阶段,供应链各个环节都须进行检疫,相关人员也都需要核酸检测,以确保防疫工作的顺利推进。所以在这两个阶段,项目的实际完成时间都延后了。
这里采取的纠偏措施主要是,目前处于项目的收尾阶段,为了保证项目后期按期竣工,所以在项目的迭代运营优化阶段,压缩了时间,将运营迭代优化的工作,在前面的工作中就不断派人跟进,增派人手管理项目的运营,使运营方案一直处于比较与现实状态相匹配的状态,给后续的优化任务减轻负担。
